Lisa Kepinski

Lisa brings over 20 years’ experience working in diverse, global environments. Lisa was a senior Global Diversity & Inclusion executive with AXA, Microsoft, & Hewlett-Packard setting strategic direction internationally. In 2013, she founded the Inclusion Institute focused on consultancy, training, coaching, & research. Her special expertise in organizational development integrated with inclusive culture make her a unique resource for change at all levels. She partners with organizations on how to successfully achieve their goals for creating a more inclusive culture for sustainable business growth.

Lisa is a D&I thought leader, frequently speaking at conferences, training & coaching new D&I practitioners, and advising organizations on their culture change strategy. She was an advisory board member of Catalyst Europe and is on the board of the Global WIN (Women International Networking) organization, she was a founder of a European-based Global D&I Network, and has recently founded a D&I Think Tank (The Global D&I Alliance). Additionally, Lisa has been a faculty member for The Conference Board’s D&I Academy. In February 2016, Lisa completed, together with Veronika Hucke, a large-scale global survey on women networks. Since 2013, Lisa has been a co-founder of the global Inclusion Nudges Sharing Community and co-author (with Tinna Nielsen) of the Inclusion Nudges Guidebook. For this innovative work, Lisa and Tinna were named in November 2015 to The Economist’s Global Diversity List of “Top 10 Diversity Consultants”.

Lisa has lived in 5 countries and traveled extensively in her global roles. She was born and educated in the US (with degrees in Social Psychology and Socio-Linguistics), has worked in Europe for nearly 20 years, and lives in Germany with her husband, Pawel, and her two teenage daughters, who are originally from Poland. Lisa is fluent in English, with limited German and Polish.
