Lindsay Burr Singla

Lindsay has worked with The Yarbrough Group since 2010. She focuses on developing the next generation of leadership, bringing the perspective and experience of generation X and Y and gender dynamics. She has co-led leadership and conflict management trainings with a focus on women in the workplace and authentic leadership.
Lindsay is pursuing her Masters at George Mason University School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution. Her studies have focused on engaging women in peace building in post conflict contexts and she also has experience with interpersonal and group conflict resolution techniques.
The majority of her work has been articulating the underlying motivation for peoples’ involvement in causes about which they are passionate. Previously, she worked as the Senior Program Assistant for Governance at the National Democratic Institute (NDI) based in Washington, DC. Lindsay also served as the Development Director for the Center for the Study of Gender and Conflict at George Mason University and a Researcher for the Woodrow Wilson Center for International Scholars Global Women’s Leadership Initiative. Her background is in political campaigns and the impacts of policy.
Lindsay is based in Washington, DC. She fluent in English and speaks French.
