We work with change-makers and leaders on effective communication skills with what can seem like to many as an ambiguous topic. We help leaders communicate on inclusion, equity, and diversity in clear, concrete ways that are linked to the organizational objectives. We also offer coaching to prepare for media interviews related to Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI).  We have assisted several organizations with their presentations on DEI, including the business case, strategy, senior leaders’ comments, DEI reports, and external diversity & inclusion conference presentations.
