We offer experienced leadership
as an effective solution to keep
your organizational momentum on inclusion going.
This may be during times of internal vacancies or
as an experienced guide to set the course when launching an initiative or
to lead and provide resources for a special organizational project.
From our vantage point and based on extensive discussions, the time to fill a typical D&I leadership role based in Europe tends to be 3-6 months, with turnover averaging every 2 years (and often less!). Also, leaves for various reasons, such as paternity, maternity, elder care, illness, sabbatical, etc, tend to be covered by adding the work to others’ fully-booked work schedules. These dynamics can result in a series of stops and gaps with lost momentum.
We offer a specialized service of interim DEI leadership to cover the gaps, bringing client organizations top talents in the field who have previously led Global Inclusion & Diversity functions in multinationals. Based on our vast experience, we can hit the ground running. We keep the much-needed focus and actions going for organizations until a new hire is on board or the employee returns from leave. We are also available as interim members of the I&D team to assist with special projects, offering deep expertise in a just-in-time format.
Additionally, we have experience serving on advisory and supervisory boards and would be pleased to share our expertise with your organization in this way in a fixed-term appointment.
When you need us, we’re here. Contact us to arrange continuity coverage and increase momentum of your Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion initiative.
